  • your reason for contacting us
  • the message and enquiry information you choose to provide

We may also receive information you voluntarily provide in emails or other business communications. Technical information necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website may be generated when you use it.

We ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information through this website unless it is necessary for your enquiry and we have specifically requested it.

03

How we collect information

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • submit a website enquiry form
  • email or otherwise communicate with AI Deploy Labs
  • voluntarily provide information during a business discussion or relationship

Information may also be generated automatically where necessary for the website to operate, remain secure and respond to requests. We do not describe this as broader tracking unless such technologies are actually introduced.

04

  • comply with applicable legal obligations

We use personal information for the purpose for which it was collected, related purposes you would reasonably expect, and other purposes permitted or required by law.

05

When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • people working for or with AI Deploy Ltd who need the information for their work
  • professional advisers
  • technology, hosting, communications and other service providers supporting our website or business operations
  • regulators, government agencies or law enforcement where required or permitted by law
  • relevant parties involved in a proposed transaction, investment, partnership, restructuring, or sale of a business or assets, where appropriate and lawful

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

06

Service providers and overseas processing

AI Deploy Ltd may use third-party service providers to support its website, communications and business operations. Some providers may process or store personal information outside New Zealand.

Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to manage that disclosure in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy requirements. The protections and laws applying in another country may differ from those in New Zealand.

07

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. These measures are intended to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review and respond to identified risks as appropriate.

08

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for legitimate business record-keeping, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Retention will depend on the nature of the information, the relationship concerned, and applicable legal or operational requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it, or otherwise dispose of it securely.

09

Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

No third-party analytics integration has been identified on the current website. Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, enrol you in third-party advertising or analytics tracking.

The website may use browser storage, cookies or similar technologies where necessary for website functionality, security or user preferences. If we introduce material analytics or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any notices or choices required by law.

10

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask how your information is handled, or raise a privacy concern.

Send requests to hello@aideploylabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Access or correction may be subject to lawful grounds for refusal or other statutory exceptions, and we will explain our response where required.

11

Direct marketing and communications

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. If we send a direct marketing communication, you may use the unsubscribe method provided or contact hello@aideploylabs.com to opt out.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications that are necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage a business relationship, or meet a legal or administrative requirement.

12

Privacy breaches

AI Deploy Ltd takes reasonable steps to prevent, identify and respond to privacy breaches. If a breach meets the applicable notification threshold, we will comply with our obligations under New Zealand privacy law, including notifying the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals where required.

13

Children

This website and our business activities are not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website.
